GUESTS & OCCUPANCY • Only registered guests may stay overnight. • Maximum occupancy is 2. • Additional visitors or unapproved guests may result in cancellation or added charges. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS • Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. • Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed. • Excessive noise or neighbor complaints may result in immediate removal. NO SMOKING • Smoking, vaping, or incense use is not allowed inside the unit or building. • Evidence of smoking may result in a cleaning charge. CLEANLINESS & DAMAGE • Please take care of the unit. Excessive mess or damage may lead to extra charges. • Report any maintenance needs promptly. PETS • Pets are allowed only with prior approval. Unauthorized pets may result in penalties or cancellation. KEY RETURN • Please return all keys/fobs to the KeyCafe SmartBox at checkout. Lost or unreturned items may result in a replacement charge. PARKING • No on-site parking is provided. Street parking is available nearby; please observe posted signage. • Paid lots are searchable on Google Maps. • Hosts are not responsible for parking availability, tickets, or towing. SAFETY & SECURITY • Do not let unknown individuals into the building. • Surveillance may be active in common areas. • Lock doors and windows when leaving the unit. DELIVERIES & MAIL • USPS mail is not available to guests. Please message us before sending packages. • We may offer package forwarding for a fee, if arranged in advance. LOST & FOUND • Lost items may be returned upon request. Handling fee and shipping apply. Unclaimed items are discarded after 7 days.
